By the time she gets home, she’s exhausted but still has to manage household responsibilities. Sound familiar?

This constant juggle between professional and personal life is a reality for many of us. However, it’s crucial to understand that achieving work-life balance is not just about better time management; it’s about integrating practices into our lives that prioritize our well-being and enable us to perform at our best.
